Pharma Holdings and Dynarex form marketing alliance …

October 17, 2005 – Pharma Holdings reached an agreement today with Dynarex Corporation to become a distributor of Dynarex medical products in the United States and Canada.

Based in Orangeburg, New York, Dynarex Corporation was established in 1967, and has evolved into one of the healthcare industry’s leading manufacturers of disposable medical products. Dynarex products encompass the following categories: Wound Care, Antiseptics, Personal Protection, Incontinent Products, Urologicals, Respiratory First Aid, Patient Care and EMS. From their two fully-stocked, state-of-the-art warehouses, Dynarex guarantees shipment of any orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Pharma Holdings plans to form a marketing alliance through its Med-Rx Supply division whereby both companies will share their databases and co-market products together. Med-Rx will further provide sales and marketing support in the southeast United States and through its wholesale operation in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Currently, Med-Rx Supply plans to open a warehouse in Canada in conjunction with its approval for a wholesale pharmaceutical license in Canada.

Med-Rx Supply is currently opening trade lines with most major pharmaceutical companies, and has several agreements in place with retail and wholesale pharmacies to supply medical products and pharmaceuticals.

The addition of Dynarex Corporation’s product line expands Pharma Holdings business opportunities in the over-the-counter medical supply business, and gives established credibility to Med-Rx Supply as a front-runner in the medical products industry.
